through the sport of Calisthenics.

~ BROAD GOALS ~

1. To promote Calisthenics as an affordable, equitable and accessable pursuit for people from all backgrounds and levels of ability.
2. To provide a support structure for affiliated Clubs.
4. To provide effective Administration / Management for Calisthenics.
5. To liaise with and support Coaches and Adjudicators through their respective Associations.
6. To facilitate participants skill, fitness and social development.

Members over the age of 18 may audition and participate in the 20-minute dance performances. While they will not be eligible to participate in the parade, they may take part in all other tour activities and events.

Remember Ages are from 10years and up!
