End of Year Concert Food Orders!!
This year, both audience and backstage orders are to be done through Try-Booking.

As we are a small, non-profit club, we try to keep costs down, which then assists in keeping fees low for members. One of the ways to do this is to not have food wastage. This is why we ask people to pre-order and collect their food on the day.

There will be drinks and some limited food options available on the day, but please support our amazing club by pre-ordering a high Tea Box here!!

Our Masters team absolutely proved that last night at the CASA State Championships. ❤️💙

Different abilities. Different talents. Different backgrounds. Different levels of flexibility. Different numbers of functioning body parts. And VERY different interpretations of “one more time from the top.” 😂

But somehow, against all odds, Donna’s endless patience and the occasional threat, we pulled ourselves together, remembered (most of) our choreography, found the correct dots and did the thing.

And we didn’t do too badly either…

Fantastic results and, most importantly, nobody died. Successful night all round. 👏😂

There were sparkles. There were bat wings. 🦇✨ There were nerves. There was laughter. There were aching bodies and undoubtedly several moments where we questioned the series of life choices that led grown adults to voluntarily spend their Friday night pointing their toes and trying to remember which bloody direction they were supposed to be facing.

But underneath all the chaos is something pretty special.

A bunch of people who show up for each other. Who laugh together, encourage each other, celebrate each other’s wins and somehow make the hard work, sore muscles and occasional complete inability to count to sixteen absolutely worth it.

We might have different strengths, different stories and different levels of enthusiasm for conditioning… but when we step onto that stage, we’re one team.

And we wouldn’t want to do this ridiculous, exhausting, sparkly sport with anyone else. ❤️💙

Congratulations Masters — you bloody legends.
One team. One goal. And a questionable amount of Deep Heat.

And now it’s your turn to take the floor. ✨

There is something pretty incredible about this team.

A group of women with busy lives, careers, families, commitments and plenty of reasons why they couldn’t possibly find the time… yet somehow, they did.

Some of you have years of experience behind you. Some of you are stepping into calisthenics for the very first time. Some of you have spent years sitting on the sidelines, cheering on your daughters, and now you’re the ones being cheered for. And some of you are simply here because you decided it was time to try something new.

Whatever brought you here, you’ve all found your way onto the same floor — and what you’ve created together is something to be incredibly proud of.

You have shown up when life was busy. You have trained when you were tired. You have learned new skills, pushed yourselves outside your comfort zones, laughed through the hard moments and kept turning up for each other.

And somehow, through all of that, you’ve become a TEAM. ❤️

Today isn’t about proving that you belong here. You already do.

It’s about enjoying the moment, embracing the nerves, celebrating the work you’ve put in and reminding yourselves just how much you are capable of when you give something a chance.

So take a moment to look around at the women beside you. Be proud of what you’ve achieved together. Then step onto that floor, have fun, give it everything and enjoy the experience you’ve worked so hard to create.

We are absolutely beaming with pride watching this team take on something new, challenge themselves and show that it’s never too late to learn, grow, have a go and surprise yourself.

A huge congratulations to our incredible Para Vista Senior Team! 🖤✨

You girls performed absolutely beautifully and should be so proud of everything you achieved. Your Nutcracker Rhythmic Interpretation was stunning, and your Cleopatra Cali Spectacular was nothing short of spectacular! 👑✨

These girls have worked incredibly hard all year, showing amazing dedication and commitment to their sport while balancing work, busy lives and all the responsibilities that come with being grown-ups. It isn’t always easy, but you continue to show up, work hard and give your all.

We are so proud of every single one of you and feel so lucky to have been part of your journey this season. Congratulations, girls—you truly shone!

Years of dedication have led to this moment.

There’s something incredibly special about watching our Senior Team take the floor. These girls have put in the time, the work and the commitment — and today they get to stand together and show just how far that journey has taken them.

Competition days are about more than the few minutes you spend on the floor. They’re about every rehearsal that didn’t go perfectly, every challenge you worked through, every time you encouraged the person beside you and every moment you chose to keep going.

That’s what makes this team so special.

You’ve grown together, challenged each other, supported each other and created something that is so much bigger than a routine. You’ve become a team that knows how to work hard, trust one another and stand together when it matters most.

So today, forget the expectations. Forget the nerves. Take it all in.

Look around at the girls beside you, take a breath and remember how much work has gone into getting here. Then step onto that floor with confidence, perform with purpose and leave absolutely nothing behind.

Whatever the results say at the end of the day, they will never tell the whole story of this team.

We know how hard you’ve worked. We know how much you care. And we are absolutely beaming with pride. ❤️

What a wonderful competition day for our Inters! 🥰✨

More than the results, today was about improvement, teamwork and enjoying the experience together — and we couldn’t be prouder of these girls! ❤️

We’ve watched them grow, learn, push through the challenging moments and, most importantly, learn what it means to work together as a team. Every little improvement is worth celebrating, and today they showed just how far they’ve come. ❤️

A huge congratulations to Miss Briana & Miss Paige on presenting their first competitive team — such a special achievement and one to be very proud of! 🥰

Thank you to our wonderful coaches, families and supporters for cheering the girls on and helping make competition day so special.

This is your moment, Intermediate Team. ✨

All the early mornings, late nights, hard work, corrections, challenges and countless hours of training have brought you here — and you’ve absolutely earned your place on that floor.

You’ve grown not only as performers, but as a team. You know how to push each other, pick each other up, celebrate the wins and keep going when things get tough. That kind of connection is something special, and it’s one of the things that makes watching you perform so incredible.

Today, trust the work you’ve put in. Trust your teammates, trust your training and most importantly, trust yourselves.

Go out there with confidence, perform with purpose, enjoy the moments that you’ve worked so hard for and leave every ounce of heart you have on that floor. ❤️

The result will be whatever it will be, but your effort, determination and commitment have already made us incredibly proud.
