A lot of focus is on daily developments and who’s using which AI.

But that’s the wrong concern.

Soon, everyone will be flooded with platforms and access. The real divide will be between those who know how to use it for growth : and those who use it for validation.

Early adopters are figuring out AI literacy right now. Learning to prompt critically. Understanding limitations. Developing sophisticated strategies.

But the majority? They’ll arrive with no foundation. And they’ll use AI the way the news outlets tell them to use it.

If that pattern is to simply substitute AI for tasks and replace social media to feel validation and comfort, the mass default will ensue.

We have a narrow window to shift this. To teach AI literacy before it’s too late.

That’s why I created THE MIRROR - one framework for AI literacy focused on depth instead of validation.

But we need more. We need to flood the space with examples before the defaults get locked in.
