Homework again for Sensei Kyle and myself...😂 going over Heian Katas to fine tune and eliminate any unwanted extras and to add extras where needed. Gotta constantly check things to see if there’s bad habits forming over time. It’s not until you watch it on video yourself till you see that Kata can always be improved no matter how good you think it might be. That’s what I love about karate, always more to do..
