Looking to challenge your core while improving stability and strength? This week’s Exercise of the Week is the DB Plank Pullthrough!

This powerful movement combines core strength, shoulder stability and total-body control, making it a fantastic addition to any training program. πŸ‘Š

βœ… Strengthens your core and stabilising muscles
βœ… Improves shoulder strength and stability
βœ… Enhances hip and glute control
