Why should I start Karate in 2023?

We practice karate and martial arts to better ourselves.

Learning karate creates greater discipline, confidence, and better physical, emotional and mental strength.

Not only do we enjoy the physical benefits of training, but Karate has a profound impact on our mental well-being.

We benefit from having less fear in our lives, not only from physical and emotional attacks but also less fear of judgment.

In overcoming our fears we can enjoy taking on new challenges with greater ease, far beyond our current expectations.

Also, the confidence and self-assurance that comes from being able to defend ourselves and handle difficult situations can be incredibly empowering.

The discipline and focus required to excel in the practice of Karate can translate into other areas of our lives.

Not only does it help in making us more productive and successful, but you may be more aware of, and create more opportunities in our lives.

This transformative experience makes us stronger, more focused, and more capable individuals.

Overall, the benefits of karate are numerous and far-reaching.

Whether we're seeking to improve our physical fitness, boost our confidence, or simply become more disciplined and focused individuals, these practices have much to offer.

Very soon we will be launching our 'Values Series'.

As training returns tomorrow night we are excited to see you all for the new year 2023!!

Due to the hot weather kids can train in t-shirts and gi pants tomorrow and please everyone remember to bring a water bottle!!

Unfortunately we have no hall to use in the school holidays to train, due to the floor being replaced!.
We hope to return after the school holidays, but keep a eye on this space incase anything else pops up!!
