Jeff Hothleuf - Resilience & Fulfilment Coach

Jeff Hothleuf - Resilience & Fulfilment Coach I love helping individuals build mental toughness and find deeper satisfaction in life. When I'm not helping others, you'll find me indulging in my passions.

Hi, I'm Jeff, and I wear many hats in life—partner, father, coach, counsellor, spiritual guide, and mentor. My journey began at the Dutch Academy for Coaching and Counselling, where I graduated in 2007. In 2012, I made the life-changing decision to migrate to Australia, and it has been an incredible adventure ever since. I love practicing martial arts, diving into the world of anime, swimming in o

pen waters, hiking through nature, taking scenic drives, and most importantly, spending quality time with my wife and kids. As a resilience and fulfilment coach, my mission is to help individuals build mental toughness and find deeper satisfaction in life. I combine coaching and counselling into a transformative approach that empowers my clients to discover and express their authentic selves. With over 15 years of experience as a certified coach and counsellor, I've had the privilege of helping many clients around the world become more resilient and fulfilled in both their personal and professional lives.

Burnout Prevention and Stress Management For Highly Committed Individuals

“Stress is the perception of threat. It is not in you, it is not in the world, it is how you interact with the world.” Deepak Chopra

Imagine waves on the ocean. If you are a skilful surfer, you enjoy every wave. But if you’re not prepared, then every wave is a disaster. Which surfer are you?

Stress can affect your success. You don’t become successful through the mind. The mind creates stress. The more stressed you are about success, the less successful you will be. Success is the progressive realisation of worthy goals, the ability to love and have compassion, and the ability to get in touch with your creative centre, your inner most being or soul. Worthy goals will give you happiness and everybody else who is affected by you will also be happy.

Stress that is continuous or builds up over time and is not managed effectively can have serious consequences to your health and overall quality of life. If the commitment to your family, work, or community results in the breakdown of other areas of your life, you should ask yourself if this is the life you want to live. If the answer is no, then let me help you to regain clarity and control. In three months I’ll get you back on track. Promise.
