Here are 4 explosive exercises I use in training 👇
1️⃣ Single-Leg Back Extension Hold + Med Ball Slam to Overhead Press
Challenges posterior chain stability while developing explosive power through the upper body and core.
2️⃣ Backward Sled Pull
A great way to build lower-body power, especially through the quads, while improving force production and acceleration mechanics.
3️⃣ Single-Leg Box Pogo Hops
Develops ankle stiffness, reactive strength, and lower-leg power while challenging single-leg stability.
4️⃣ Overhead Rotational Med Ball Slams
Trains rotational power, coordination, and force transfer through the core—key for athletic movement.
