I'm Bridget Campbell, a passionate fitness instructor with a love for the power of Group Fitness. More recently I have taken on the role of Strong Nation Master Trainer for Australia & New Zealand. I have been teaching group fitness classes for 14+ years here in the southern suburbs of Adelaide and am excited to finally have the opportunity to offer a more extensive timetable! From the high-energy rhythms of Zumba to the explosive, beat-driven challenge of Strong Nation, or flowing through gentle movement patterns in Circl Mobility, and sharing the exclusive new program Hustle 'Strength & Tone'- a music led strength-building program designed by my trainer & mentor Jarrod Tucker (Zumba Education Specialist and creator of The Hustle programs), there's something for everyone. Whether you want to dance, sweat, build strength or move better in everyday life, I'm here to help you feel great and have fun while doing it.
