Prior to personal training, Ali Smith worked in nutrition for 30 years, designing the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating and running the ‘Eat Well South Australia’ program for over 2 years. Ali Smith represented Australia in rowing at the Commonwealth Games and continues to row competitively as a Masters Rower, winning medals at the past 5 Australian Championships. Ali holds a certificate 4 in fit
ness, Master of Science, Diploma in nutrition and dietetics, PhD, Master of Public Health and has undertaken continuing education in the Penn Positive Psychology program. I provide a fun and motivating experience that’ll help you move well. I help my clients find their confidence to lead and maintain an active lifestyle. I enjoy supporting my clients to get back into exercise and establish or maintain fitness goals. I train clients looking to improve movement ability, regain lost technique, gain the confidence to exercise, control or manage physical conditions, achieve a healthy weight and tone and give time to themselves. I also work with masters athletes to achieve competitive goals with training programs and sessions.
