Muscle gains by Tanya I'm currently studying certificate 3 & 4 in fitness & personal trainer. I am very passionate about fitness, nutrition and weight lifting. www.fitcollege.edu.au

I have been involved in the fitness field for several years starting in my teens doing middle distance running and race walking. Following on from there i have explored in the Les Mills group classes body attack, body step, body pump, cx worx and grit. For the last 18months I have been focusing on weight training, high intensity interval training and my nutrition. I am very passionate about weight

lifting and high repetition resistance training. I have just finished competing in my first season in INBA natural body building association. Had a very successful season with several top placings.
