Hi all, due to the new COVID outbreak, the SA government is prohibiting gyms/recreation for at least 2 weeks. It doesn't start until midnight tonight, but to be cautious training tonight is also cancelled. I apologise for any inconvenience, but safety comes first. I will keep you up to date with new info, but classes will be cancelled until further notice. Please feel free to contact me for further information/updates.

Great to see so many people on the mats! Back to basics and shaking off the rust!

Even dragged some lovely volunteers in for push ups at the end while the mats were getting cleaned. Drill Sgt Pacey (aka Silver Fox) counting us through!
