A fantastic listen for any woman or man interested in protecting themselves!
Our Head Coach, Matt Jones, was recently asked about the non-physical aspects of self defence by Jackie Tann on her podcast. It was a solid 1 hour chat and it felt great to discuss things that can be implemented by anyone and everyone. Before you even have a hope of defending yourself you must first decide that you are worth defending.
