n not only be heaps of fun, they can help keep us fit, build strength, enhance our flexibility, create more energy, improve our breathing and encourage us to listen to the needs of our bodies. Massage can help us to soothe our body, encourage a sense of deep relaxation and create a feeling of calm within us due to the release of endorphins, the brain chemicals that produce our feeling of general wellbeing. Meditation brings calmness and balance to our everyday lives, helping us let go of that busy mental chatter, aiding us to deal with any worry and anxiety, assisting us to sleep better and encouraging us all to enjoy our lives even more and appreciate just being and breathing here and now. Nutrition also plays an important role in supporting these lifestyle solutions, nourishing and fueling our bodies, creating the energy we require to help us to achieve our goals, providing the necessary nutrients so our bodies can function effectively and contributes to our general sense of wellbeing on a daily basis.
