One of the skills that makes or breaks your life is the ability to manage your frustration.
Do you have a pattern of how you react when things aren't going your way?
Sometimes we associate unskilful management of frustration with outbursts of anger or snapping at people. But it can also show up as sarcasm, being passive-aggressive, dismissing, avoiding, or withdrawing.
