I specialise in training women 1:1 at my studio, in small groups and also dedicate my Saturday morning to a unisex bootcamp in a local park. sadly last Friday the property where my home studio was located was burnt down in a fire - remarkably the studio was untouched but currently has no power on site due to the power being cut off ! (Disclaimer: no one was hurt during the fire)

For safety reasons this will drastically reduce the hours that can be offered at the studio so bookings will be closed until further notice.

All existing clients will be contacted personally 💕

Meet SKULPT Challenge winner 🏆💕

Dakota shares her progress after recent completing our 12 week Skulpt challenge!

For this challenge, her focus was ‘Body Recomp’ while establishing and maintaining a flexible nutritional goal - finishing at 1,700-1,800 calories. Dakota lost a huge 42cm across her measurements during the 12 weeks ! 😱💪🏽

Dakota says “ I definitely gained so much confidence in not only myself but my abilities in the gym! seeing myself get stronger and stronger every week was just so exciting, and when i finally noticed the physical changes i was so motivated to just keep pushing! I’ve never been able to stick to exercise before but since the challenge i’ve kept such a good routine going and i have such a healthy relationship with the gym! I’m so greatful for the challenge honestly and i’m so ready for the next! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 “

Hi ladies! We have decided to adjust our open hours - class times will be updated by end of week.

We are so grateful for our members and community who support us through the bush & quiet seasons ! We want to help you work towards your goals, feel supported and enjoy the process !

We will also allow casual visits outside of our classes, please note these are by appointment so if booking in last minute please be sure to DM or contact us directly!

Please take note when using open gym you are responsible for your own safety, putting equipment back and planning your workout - if you would like more 1:1 assistance please book in for a class or personal training session.

With less hours means we may be open to renting out space to other fitness instructors ! If you would like to train your clients 1:1 or in groups in a small private studio setting please DM us or tag any friends who may be interested below 🫶🏽

Moving forward classes will be booked at a per/ class rate of $20 - thankyou for understanding and supporting small business 🤍
