From tomorrow, Monday 13 July, you’ll see more TRAIN classes, a four-day BUILD program and SWEAT on your weekends. Giving you more opportunity to reach your strength & conditioning goals at Soul.

The girls that get it 😏

Lu started out working in our cafè and brought her bestie Mia in for a trial, and they’ve been smashing workouts together ever since 💕

Both starting with next to no experience training CrossFit, these girls have become stronger and fitter than they ever anticipated, nailing technical lifts and making huge progress across gymnastics. They’re amazing to coach and such beautiful members of our community.

This 90-minute session is aimed at athletes who want to improve their competition performance, as Ellie and Justin break down workout analytics and strategy, coach through the workout and guide a de-brief session, followed by a Q&A.
