100's - it's a love/hate relationship π©΅
This exercise is named after the 100 pumps your arms make whilst holding a chest lift & double leg extension!
Joseph Pilates introduced the hundred as the first exercise in his matwork repertoire, but is also a killer exercise when carried out on the reformer ππΌ
(Also a challenge for your instructor not to run out of breath when counting it π)
