Without volunteers, we simply wouldn’t have a club.

For 20 years, Matthew Brook has generously given his time to Payneham Norwood Union Football Club, always willing to lend a hand wherever it’s needed.

Matt’s story is a wonderful reminder of just how important volunteers are to community football. Every person who cooks a BBQ, sets up an oval, coaches a team, manages, runs the canteen, helps at an event or simply puts their hand up when something needs doing plays a part in making our club what it is.

Thank you, Matt, for 20 incredible years of service, and thank you to every volunteer who gives their time to the Falcons. We couldn’t do it without you.

The Payneham Norwood Union Falcons are proud to support the important work of the Sammy D Foundation and encourage our Falcons community to attend this fantastic fundraising event.

Many of you will know the heartbreaking story of Sam Davis, a talented young footballer whose life was tragically cut short following a one-punch assault in 2008. In his memory, the Sammy D Foundation was established to educate young people about violence prevention, respectful relationships and making safe choices.
