Women's Midweek Grasscourt Tennis Association No matches are played during School Holidays. Time of play is 9.30 am - 12.30 approx. A light lunch provided by the home team. Teams consist of 4 or 5 players.

The Women's Midweek Grass Court Tennis Association in South Australia conducts a fantastic competition on Thursday's - commencing the first week of school term 3, and continuing until the week before Easter. Matches are played on exceptional grass courts at locations around Adelaide, including but not limited to Reade Park, Memorial Drive, Kensington Gardens, Tranmere, Xavier, Sturt, Millswood. Match format is 3 sets of doubles to 9 games with a tie-breaker at 8 games all. The competition is a great way to meet new friends, continue old rivalries, and have a great day playing on superb grass courts. All standards are catered for. Division One is of a high standard and we would welcome the addition of any new players. All divisions are catered for.

Congratulations to all finalists and winners of the Grand Final's yesterday for the 2025/26 season.

Our hard working committee and volunteers invest a large amount of time to make the competition work and be enjoyable for everyone. Thank you to all those involved.

It was great to see Debbie Sterrey attend our luncheon and present the awards on her last day as CEO of Tennis SA - we wish Debbie all the best in the future, and thank her for support during her time as CEO in promoting Women's Tennis in SA.

Congratulations to all teams that made the semi-finals, and also to the teams that have progressed to the Grand Finals.

Grand Finals take place this Thursday 26th March. Captains should be aware of where your team is playing, and Match Centre will be updated with venues shortly.
