STRENGTH TESTING: Tuesday nights session with Olivia re-testing her strength... Boy was I impressed with the results, it wasn't long ago that there was only one weight plate on each side 💪 very impressive. Fantastic work Olivia keep working your butt off and getting those results you are after!

Tabata - 20 seconds of exercise 10 seconds rest x8 rounds each exercise
1) burpees
2) step runs
3) bicycles
4) mountain climbers
5) long jump squat holds
6) tricep dips
7) half jackknifes
8) sprints

X20 fit-ball chest press
X20 fit-ball flys
X20 fit-ball tricep extensions
X20 fit-ball hamstring curls
X20 fit-ball jacknifes
X20 fit-ball alternate leg lifts
X10 fit-ball plank roll outs
Repeat 4 rounds
