Our members and guests enjoy wonderful facilities and benefits including two 18 hole championship golf courses, both ranked in the top 100 golf courses in Australia. We have hosted a number of major tournaments including the West Lakes Classic won by Greg Norman and Wayne Grady, the prestigious World Amateur Teams Championships in 2008 comprising the Eisenhower Trophy for Men and the Espirito Sant

o Trophy for Ladies, the Australian Amateur Championships and Australian Junior Amateur Championships. The Grange was the first golf club in Australia to develop a Wetland and Aquifer Storage and Recovery Scheme providing many environmental and social benefits to the community while securing the Club’s water supply for the future. The West Course was remastered by Michael Clayton Golf Design with a $1.6 Million redevelopment, completed in 2007. The East Course has recently been reconstructed by Greg Norman Golf Course Design. The project completed in 2012, cost the Club $3 million and has produced a championship layout that will challenge and reward players of all skills. In addition to our brand new East Course, our multi-award winning function centre offers flexible function rooms that can cater for any occasion and we have a private balcony which overlooks the spectacular views of the golf course. Our Pro Shop also offers over 30 motorised carts and hire sets to cater for all player needs. The Clubhouse also offers the Grange Bistro which is open for lunch from Tuesday through to Sunday (inclusive) from 11:00am until 3:00pm. The menu offers a wide range of options to cater for everyone’s tastebuds whether it be a bruschetta or burger before teeing off or fish and chips or a steak for your long lunch. The Grange Restaurant is open for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings. Dine inside in comfortable, elegant surrounds, or while taking in the view and fresh air from the balcony. Relax and enjoy the manicured surroundings whilst indulging in contemporary Australian cuisine using the best local produce. Ian Dunlop made it look easy by holing out on the 14 West recently!

The 14th West is a medium length uphill hole with a tier cutting through the middle of the small target.

A deep bunker on the right makes the pins cut on the right of the green the most intimidating to access.

The 6th West is the second longest par four on the course.

The drive plays to the top of the hill or just over and the downhill second is to a green guarded by bunkers left and right.

This hole favours a drive played to the left half of the fairway.

Last night we held our first Wine Dinner of the year, showcasing the award-winning Seppeltsfield Wines.

Guests enjoyed a curated selection of Seppeltsfield wines, perfectly paired with a three-course menu designed to highlight the character and charm of this Barossa Valley icon.

Thank you to Seppeltsfield Chief Winemaker Fiona Donald and Sales Manager Iain Westlake for attending and providing an insight into one of South Australia's most recognisable wineries.

The 13th East is a short downhill par four with a heavily bunkered green and approach to create a classic sand-belt style.

The demanding approach shot places a premium on hitting the fairway.

While the appearance is intimidating, a short iron approach will find a large receptive green with plenty of subtle pin locations.

Congratulations to Grange member Declan Nunn who aced the 5th East recently🏌

The 5th East is a long par three which sets up for the golfer that can hit a high draw. An ideal shot to a back pin location is to hit the front centre of the green and feed the ball all the way down to a back pin location.

The 5th West, the second of the two front-nine par fives, is much longer than the first hole and this one takes two mighty shots to reach in two.

A fairway bunker replaced the pine trees that used to line the right of the hole and block the view of the green from the left third of the fairway and that makes for a much superior hole.

The inside left of the fairway on the par four 14th East was cleared of overgrown vegetation and a target bunker placed short left.

Carrying directly over this target bunker now places you in the centre of the fairway.

A beautiful green with rolling mounds and bowls will see some great chipping and putting challenges.

We celebrated our Centenary year in style with a Gala Dinner at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Saturday, 23rd May.

Hosted by Chris Dittmar, the night featured a delicious three-course dinner, premium five-hour drinks package and live entertainment.

Those in attendance heard from special guest speaker Wade Ormsby, as well as long-time members and professionals.

Guests were entertained by The Cast band and comedian Anthony “Lehmo” Lehmann and heard from SA Premier Peter Malinauskas, Cam Smith and Greg Norman.

The Club would like to sincerely thank all who attended and helped create such a memorable night 💚
