Not only can you come and train with us for free, we will even pay to get you certified in a variety of water based activities. Experiencing the Elliott 7 sailboats at the CYCSA normally costs $78, but for our participants it's always free. Partners of eligible participants are welcome, so come along and find out what your new favourite sport has to offer! (A basic level of physical fitness is required, limited to ages 18 and up)

Two of our volunteers took an important step towards achieving their sailing goals by successfully completing the Powerboat Handling Course at the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia, paid for by SANC. This course (worth $450) not only gets you your South Australian Boating License (without a written test!) but also teaches you practical skills for operating one of the clubs powered safety boats in and out of the marina. Tony and Keith can now drive the safety boat in support of our regular sailing events, improving the capability of the SANC program. Good work team!
