The Adelaide Pumas are pleased to announce the club will be supporting the ‘Playing for Ross’ charity match, which is raising funds to support the Childhood Cancer Association.
The Playing for Ross Charity Match will take place at Smith Partners Stadium on Sunday, June 7th.
However, in our match this Saturday against MA Hawks at Thomas Turner Reserve, we’re wearing gold laces as a show of support for the 1,000+ Australian children who are diagnosed with cancer, every year. Every sale supports the work of the Childhood Cancer Association.
On Saturday:
- $1 from every transaction at the clubs bar will be donated towards the fundraiser.
- Once the final total is known, the club will match this number, to double the donation.
How you can help:
- Get down to Thomas Turner Reserve this Saturday, knowing all transactions on the day will have a lasting impact on a good cause.
- If you’re willing and able, donate on the day via the available donation tins, or by purchasing your own gold laces, with all proceeds going towards the fundraiser.
We look forward to seeing you all at this Saturdays match and as a club, are proud to be supporting such a brilliant initiative 💙
