Today, we celebrate the incredible young leaders who give so much of their time, energy and passion to our athletes and programs.

Our trainee coaches are constantly learning, growing and developing their skills, and we are so proud of the dedication and effort they bring to Blitz each week.

From supporting classes and helping athletes build confidence, to stepping up wherever needed, their willingness to learn and contribute does not go unnoticed.

Their passion, commitment and growing leadership is something we value so deeply.

We are so grateful for the positivity, support and care our trainee coaches bring to Blitz, and we can’t wait to continue watching them grow into amazing coaches and role models.

Today, we celebrate one of the brightest lights in our Blitz family.

Ella, from being one of our very first athletes to becoming the incredible coach you are today, it has been such a privilege to watch your journey. You have grown into a coach who is not only knowledgeable and talented, but someone who genuinely makes a difference in the lives of the athletes you teach.

Your positivity is contagious. You bring such a fun, happy energy into every class and have a way of making every athlete feel welcome, supported and capable. Your patience seems endless, your kindness shines through in everything you do, and your ability to communicate and connect with athletes of all ages is something truly special.

Our younger athletes absolutely adore you because you take the time to listen, understand and encourage them. You meet them where they are, celebrate their wins and help them navigate challenges with a smile on your face and positivity in your heart.

As a talented athlete, gymnast and dancer yourself, you bring a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to your coaching. But what makes you such an exceptional coach isn't just what you know, it's the way you share that knowledge with empathy, encouragement and genuine care.
