New Player Signing Announcement !!

WELCOME TO SOUTHERN KNIGHTS , ANIL KHAREL!

Southern Knights Cricket Club is delighted to welcome Anil Kharel for the upcoming season.

Anil represented Nepal at the ACC U-16 Tournament 2014 at just 13 years old, taking 13 wickets and being named the Most Promising Player. His outstanding 6/16 against Oman was the best bowling performance of the tournament.

He was also named the Best Bowler of the Prime Minister Cup T20 National Cricket Championship in January 2022.

Since moving to Australia, Anil has been playing First Grade cricket for Adelaide University and is selected by the Sudurpaschim Royals in the Nepal Premier League 2026.

We are excited to have Anil’s talent and experience with Southern Knights and look forward to a fantastic season ahead.

Thank You, Raju Gurung!

SKCC would like to announce that our star all-rounder and highly respected senior player, Raju Gurung, will be leaving the club to join a new club for the upcoming season.

Raju has been an integral part of Southern Knights Cricket Club, making a significant contribution both on and off the field. His dedication, leadership, experience and unwavering support have played an important role in our journey and success.

During his time with SKCC, Raju was part of the team that lifted two ANCA Championships, one SACA Championship and one Interstate Championship — achievements that will always be a proud part of our club’s history.

While we are sad to see Raju leave, we are incredibly grateful for everything he has contributed to SKCC. He leaves the club with our utmost respect and appreciation, and as a valued member of the Southern Knights family.

We wish Raju every success in the next chapter of his cricketing journey and hope he continues to make a significant impact as he helps build his new club in the upcoming season.

Our Own Nabin Kandel is leading the Table Tennis 🏓 MGMT Committee. Lets make it grand success

🏓 INTRODUCING THE ONSM SA 2027 TABLE TENNIS MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 🏓

Precision, focus, teamwork, and sporting spirit — table tennis brings together skill, strategy, and determination.

The Table Tennis Management Committee will be responsible for planning and coordinating the table tennis competition at the 7th Oceania Nepalese Sports Meet (ONSM) SA 2027.

From developing the competition structure and regulations to managing player registrations, scheduling, venue arrangements, team coordination, match-day operations, and competition logistics, the committee will work closely to deliver a smooth, fair, and professionally managed tournament.

With a shared passion for the sport and a commitment to creating a positive experience for every participant, the committee will play an important role in showcasing the talent and competitive spirit of table tennis within the ONSM community.

A heartfelt appreciation to all committee members for stepping forward and contributing their valuable time, knowledge, and enthusiasm. Your contribution will be an important part of delivering a successful and memorable Table Tennis competition at ONSM SA 2027.
