The common struggle you’ve tried all the diets and nothing seems to work

The solution is learning how to actually understand what you’re doing with food.

Things like:
• Learning how to log food correctly (a lot of entries in MyFitnessPal are inaccurate, which can throw your whole intake off)
• Guessing portion sizes instead of weighing or measuring properly
• Starting the week strong, then falling off track on the weekend and undoing progress

Once you learn how to do this, this is when you everything becomes easier.
