My meditation recording was approved on Insight Timer! This is something I’ve thought about doing for years, and I’m proud to have finally stopped making excuses and doubting myself.
If you’ve never used , I cannot recommend it highly enough. There are so many teachers and styles available, and heaps of free content. has been the single greatest tool for me in supporting my , and I’ll be sharing the practices that have made a difference for me on this app.
I often imagine a world that supports our nervous systems, wellbeing, and health. A world where we are taught how to pause and choose a response to whatever is being thrown our way. Contributing to this app that makes meditation accessible is one way that I hope to have an impact.
