I've had 10 weeks off training myself due to a health issue which is now sorted.
I thought it would be fun (ha!) to document my start back into an active lifestyle.
So yesterday I went back to the gym to train for the first time in 10 weeks... Aaaannnndddd it was leg day. Squats and wall balls and rowing - oh my!
I pretty much walked home on my heels because my quads just said nope. Len wasn't helpful - I need to get her lifting more so she can carry me home... Got home and just flaked out for a while before enjoying a chicken and veggie stir fry for dinner and having a good stretching session.
I'm so happy to be able to move again!! ππͺ
