If you thought you had an excuse.... Think again. Here is Mandy absolutely crushing her 2nd 8 week challenge!!
She broke her wrist a few weeks ago dancing, said she felt sorry for herself for an hour or two but decided to get after it and keep training no matter what.
We modify the movements and Mandy is still getting results. Turning up 4 x per week. Very proud of her mindset to build a future for herself that is making an impact on everyone around her.
Well done Mandy and thanks for inspiring us all to train no matter what life throws at you.
