3 reasons a Yoga Block is a great idea:
1. Hip Release - sitting on a block provides space for your hips to lengthen
2. Bring the Floor to you - progression as you work through poses and you can’t quite reach the floor
3. Melt into the Pose - provides support to fully relax and the pose as your body is supported in key areas
