Does your child feel anxious about starting a new sport or activity?
In recent years I have noticed that many children are anxious about beginning tennis lessons. As a coach of young children it helps me to know if a child is anxious and enables me to have strategies in place to support the child should they experience any difficulties.
"Meet...Me! Quickly" is a resource aimed at introducing the child to their new coach or extracurricular teacher. In just a few pages the child can explain the challenges they have and strategies to help them manage in new settings.
