We really wanted to give a very special shout out to Steph, who has officially stopped training for the time-being to welcome her second child into the world ๐Ÿ˜Š

Steph has been doing her best for the last few months and has decided that itโ€™s now one burpee too many ๐Ÿ˜†

We will miss that warm vibe that you bring to each session and we wish you nothing but the best and a safe labour!

We canโ€™t wait to meet either little Steve/Stevie or Brodie when you bring them in ๐Ÿ˜†โค๏ธ

Father and son duo Gareth & Ryan have been training with us for about 6 months now.

They both signed up together as Ryan was wanting to give the gym a go for the first time ever at only 12 years old! ๐Ÿ™Œ

In that short time Ryan has already clocked up over 100 visits ๐Ÿฅณ & both of their fitness levels have improved tenfold!

Itโ€™s so great to see family members kicking their health and fitness goals together ๐Ÿ’ช
