Hello! We are two students that have 10+ years experience of badminton training from ANU and are now holding a badminton group coaching session (Look up for more in our next post!) . Our aim is to let you enjoy badminton while improving your badminton skills.
Free trial session
We are holding free trial sessions next Sunday, 6 Aug 2023, from 0900-1000** at ANU Sport. If you enjoy it, feel free to join our regular upcoming sessions (see below).
Regular coaching sessions:
Time:
18,25/8, 1/9 (Friday) 1900-2100
3/9-29/10 (Sunday) 1100-1300
Venue: ANU Sport
Mode of coaching:
We aim to have 2 courts for 2 hours for 8 students with 2 coaches. Should there are no courts available, we will have special arrangements. Whatever the situation is, we promise to hold a ratio of 1 coach to 4 students max so that everyone can participate instead of waiting. Training programs include hitting techniques, footwork, game mindset and fitness.
Language:
We understand that language can be a huge barrier in learning. We as international students from Hong Kong and Indonesia are competent in helping you learn best with your mother language. English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Malay
Fees:
We aim to provide affordable badminton coaching for people who hope to improve but are not willing to invest so much money into it. (Market price for private coaching cost $50 per hour :) ) We are charging $40 per session for 2 hours. Payments will be made per month. Everything including court fees, shuttles are included. Just come along with your racket.
Other information:
We try our best to meet your needs. If the time doesn’t suits you, please DM us. We are happy to provide alternatives such as private coaching or do smaller groups with an affordable price. Again, we promise that the coach to student ratio will not be more than 1:4.
**Due to limited court availability, we can only have 8 students for 2 courts. If we receive more interest, we will organise another free trial session. Details will be further announced. Registrations are in a first-come-first-serve basis.
