This advice is so vital for all. Players need encouragement to play their best game & work on performance goals to improve & not have outcome focus eg wins/medals/trophies. These are to be celebrated after their best performances in any sport bring good results.
The pathway of champions is dotted with many more losses than wins and the good feeling of playing your best after a loss brings joy & should be encouraged, especially for your young juniors.

The national stage is calling! 🙌🔥

The 2026 Australian National Championships are coming to the National Performance Centre in Carrara this June, and it's going to be MASSIVE.

From PSA ranking points in the Open draws to Graded events from Premier through to D Grade, there's a place for every level to compete on the biggest national stage in Australian squash. 🏆

It doesn't stop there. The National Senior Teams event on 22–23 June will see the state's top players come together to compete for the title.
