I have a current First Aid Certificate and I am a current member of Fitness Australia. I am a 42 year old, married, Mum of two and understand fitting fitness into your lifestyle can be quite challenging so I am here to work with you. Hi everyone
Hope you’re all staying well and coping with lockdown. The weather is obviously getting a little warmer and days are slightly longer so hope you’re taking advantage of it and getting out in the sunshine for a walk or some sort of activity.
I’m still doing PT sessions one on one in the park and via Zoom also group sessions via Zoom which are all working really well and keeping clients physically and mentally active.
Please pm me if you want anymore info on Zoom sessions or one on one PT sessions in the park as long as I can get to you within 5kms. All care is taken to stay within covid safety rules and hygiene and I am fully vaccinated.

Take care all and hoping things get back to normal sooner rather than later!

Considering we know of three women recently in their early 50’s and under that have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, strong bones are an incredibly important for women especially. Strength training is a must!
Not to discount the rest of the benefits of exercising for any age group.
Walking is fantastic and definitely beneficial but it certainly does not give you the same benefits as strength training. That does not mean you have to lift heavy weights. Body weight and resistance training is also strength training and can be adapted to anyone of any age or with any ailment and or injury.
