📣2026 REGO IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ
Registration for the 2026 season has opened
1st DECEMBER 2025. 📣

Here's what you need to know.
🟥2026 REGISTRATION FEE:
U5-U6 - $100
U7 - $130
U8/U9 - $150
U10-U12 - $170
U13-U18 - $190

🟥U16-18 you will need to be registered to attend all pre season sessions at Maitland Pickers

🟥For all players - registration includes:
NSWRL Insurances
Match Day costs including ref fees
Field hire and council fees
End of Season Presentation Day

🟥For all NEW player registrations include:
In addition to the above you also receive
Playing shorts
Playing socks
Club polo shirt
Training shorts

If you played for our club in 2025 you receive your new kits every 2yrs - you are able to purchase if bigger sizes are needed

📣IMPORTANT INFORMATION📣
❌Clearance / Transfer requests will not be processed by HJRL / NSWRL until MARCH 2026 - if the player has a clearance/transfer request pending they will not be able to train in any capacity

❌Please register as early as possible to help us plan for teams. When teams have reached numbers we will be closing regos for that age group and names will be taken for wait lists.

❌You must be registered to train (insurance for players registered in 2025 expires on 31/12/2025).

❌When you register, you and your children are bound by the Tough Love Policy and NRL Code of Conduct. If these policies are broken - you will be reported - there’s no more second chances.

📣 Important Clearance Notice 📣

The league has confirmed that transfers and clearances will not be actioned until the end of March 2026.

This gives all of our returning players plenty of time before we begin processing any movements.

Registrations open December 1st, so jump on early and get your rego sorted — this year’s pre-season will be kicking off before you know it!

Getting your rego done early will also help confirm our team numbers moving forward, so we can plan for another strong season ahead.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and can’t wait to see our players for the 2026 season.
