What a fantastic Come & Try Day today! ☀️

The sun was shining, the track was buzzing and it was fantastic to see so many new faces alongside our ELAC families getting stuck into athletics.

And what better way to finish than with a Parent & Kid Relay!
Plenty of speed, plenty of laughs and just a little bit of healthy competition 😆

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, had a go and helped make the morning such a great success. We loved seeing the track full of energy, smiles and new friendships.

This is what ELAC is all about - fun, fitness, friendship & confidence. 🖤❤️

And if today was your first taste of ELAC… we hope to see you back on the track! 👋

Congratulations to all our ELAC athletes who joined the NMR Cross Country season - you should all be so proud of your efforts, especially on those chilly winter mornings! 👏🏻

A huge thank you to Northern Metro Region officials, our coaches and families for a fantastic season.

🏃🏻 Come & Try Day at Essendon Little Athletics 🏃🏻

We're wrappIng up our Cross Country season and already it's time to think about our Summer season, which is fast approaching!

We're opening the gates at Essendon Little Athletics for a morning of fun, athletics and community - and there will be something for everyone, both our existing athletes as well as some new faces!

On Saturday 12th September, come along to Moonee Valley Athletics Track and have a go at a range of track & field events, meet our coaches and volunteers, explore new skills and get a taste of what Little Athletics is all about.

We'll have everything from block starts, high jump and javelin, some great information sessions, fun parents and kids relays, giveaways, a sausage sizzle and ice cream truck!

A huge congratulations to Camille on representing Team Vic in U11s at yesterday’s (very muddy!) Australian Cross Country Championships in Ballarat! 🇦🇺🏃‍♀️

An incredible achievement to pull on the Victorian singlet and compete on the national stage alongside the best young cross country athletes from across Australia, well done!
