“WHAT YOU EAT IN PRIVATE, SHOWS IN PUBLIC” 🗣

We know the principles of weight loss work. Principles such as calorie deficits, protein to body weigh ratios, macro splits etc but still it’s taken me a very long time to truly understand why some clients just don’t see the results we’re both expecting 🤷‍♂️

And although this is most certainly not the case for everyone my experience in the last few weeks has reminded me that too many people have s**t in their lives they don’t know how to deal with that leads to undesirable behaviours & habits which are sabotaging their success in health & wellness.

Too many are consumed with judgment, fear of failure, shame or anger. To the point where by they continue to sabotage their success both knowingly & unknowingly.

For those that know they can’t control their emotional eating, their binge eating or drinking & continue to be stuck in their ability to change, our feeling .fitness is sometimes to do less work in the gym & more on oneself (or ideally both at the same time 🙏)

Our philosophy has always been to ADDRESS THE CAUSE NOT THE SYMPTOM & as long as you continue to band-aid the symptom with diets & the latest fads nothing will change for very long.

We are very proud of the behavioural workshops we will be running for our clients this year & just as proud of the network of amazing allied health professionals we have chosen to align ourselves

6 Week Results

Stephanie lost 7% body fat in 6 weeks & got closer to the body she wanted.

Needless to say she had a big boost in her confidence & major shift towards a healthier lifestyle. 🙌

Fitness challengers aren’t the long term answer but they can most certainly kickstart the motivation process.

Ultimately consistency rules 👑.....having said that a foot up your butt & a major deadline will most certainly speed up results. It’s then about learning to maintain those results 🤗
