This apartment has just been refurbished and represents exceptionally good value for money. It is positioned just 40 metres from the lakeside, approximately 70 metres from Ebenbergbahn chairlift and

250 metres from the City Express Gondola. The apartment offers stunning 180 degree views across Lake Zell, the Schmittenhohe mountain and to the Kitzsteinhorne glacier. Accommodation consists of: Large double bedroom with Austrian style 6ft double bed plus plenty of storage, bunkbed room with 2 beds, wardrobe and chest, bathroom with shower, bath and double sink, lobby with plenty of storage, full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc, Austrian style corner dining table, lounge with double sofa bed, chairs, coffee table, LCD flatscreen TV, DVD and stereo. It is heated with modern thermostatically controlled radiators and there is a plentiful supply of hot water. There is also a large first floor balcony with table and chairs and wonderful lake and mountain views. There is a lockable ski locker and storage are in basement for use of guests. This apartment provides very comfortable accommodation for a family of 4 of more in an ideal location to enjoy both the winter ski season and the summer delights of the alps. In winter you have access to skiing at Zell am See (77km pistes) short walk to nearest lift, the Kitzsteihorn Glacier Kaprun (41km pistes open 10 months a year) and Salbach/Hinterglem Ski Circus (200km pistes) are within a short bus journey. In summer you can enjoy the all delights of the Alps, from swimming in and sun bathing by Lake Zell to downhill mountain biking and white water rafting Zell am See has it all.

Sad news, stay safe everyone

Sonntagabend müssen alle Seilbahnen im Land Salzburg schließen. Am Montag müssen dann alle Beherbungsbetriebe zusperren. Das hat die Landesregierung Donnerstagabend entschieden. So soll eine Ausbreitung des Coronavirus verhindert werden.
