i was pretty much beaten up after office yesterday, even too tired to do anything besides having dinner, watching netflix, reading a while and going to bed early. so this was today morning and it’s a really good way to start the day rolling around with my beloved or just hanging over and breathing. with every breath i can feel my body opening up more and with these light backbends i feel getting more awake. i never did it in the morning but maybe it will be my new morning routine...
what you probably cant see is the reverse prayer in pic 3, it feels great in the shoulders too. .
