Bumped into my old Coach, Bert Cameron, from 🇯🇲 who I haven’t seen in over 30 years. Bert was instrumental in helping me break the 4 minute mile indoors.

Wow! We got the last 2 tickets in the stadium for tonight’s events. Couldn’t ask for better seats, right on the finish line. Looking forward to the 1500m World Athletics Championships final tonight.

I made it to 1hour 20 without water and I survived the speed session from 12 hours before.
