Meet Rhana: Rhana is the pro. Her classes are a tough full-body workout – sound-tracked by strong, upbeat electronica. Her soft voice is deceptive – she’ll push you through the hour like the no-nonsense woman she is! She also does a pure electro class on Thursdays for those of you who just can’t wait for the weekend.
