Past weekend we hosted an In-house-tournament as a celebration for the 18th birthday of , as one of our most dedicated members. 🥳

The tournament has been held as an team event featuring the CJI 2 ruleset. It was a blast! 🔥
Everyone could showcase some of their skills but ultimately had a fun team building experience 🤜🏻🤛🏻.

Ein unvergesslicher Tag für Art of Flow! ✨

Zur Eröffnung des neuen Dojos von Nicole Urschinger & BJJ Austria Kapfenberg durften wir niemand Geringeren als unseren Headcoach Raúl aus Ibiza ArtofFlow IbizaAcademy begrüßen. 🌍✈️ Trotz der Distanz nahm er sich die Zeit, mit uns an der Butterfly Guard zu feilen – und wir sind unendlich dankbar dafür! 🙌🔥

Die Eröffnung war ein voller Erfolg: Freunde, Familie und unzählige Menschen aus der BJJ-Community kamen zusammen, um diesen besonderen Schritt zu feiern. Und als wäre das nicht genug, gab es auch noch zwei Gurtwechsel, die uns besonders am Herzen liegen:

Diese beiden sind nicht nur feste Säulen unseres Vereins, sondern auch wahre Vorbilder – auf und abseits der Matte. ❣️ Ihr Engagement, ihre Leidenschaft und ihre Liebe zum Sport begleiten uns seit über 20 Jahren, und egal, ob sie täglich auf der Matte stehen oder nicht – auf sie kann man immer zählen! 🫶🏻

won silver at the IBJJF World Masters in Las Vegas! She shows an incredible performance!

Won the first fight via points 7:0, the second after 52sec triangle to Armbar & in the finals she lost 0:2

made her Blackbelt debut at the IBJJF World Masters in Las Vegas last weekend & she fought like a champion. She is a true champion & a role model for the BJJ in Austria especially for the woman!

She took bronze in her weight class, met Penny Thomas, multiple world champion & ADCC World Champion, in the semifinals and lost with just a 2 to 1 advantage! An incredibly strong fight!

Continued to the Open Class, she fought her way through to the bronze medal and faced the future winner of the Open Class, Simone De Abreu Pinheiro! She lost via points & had also a very good match.

An incredibly strong performance! Congratulations on your success, we are proud to have you as a coach and role model in our club!
