I don't know how many of you struggle with this, but I am a serious over-thinker 🤦🏾♂️😖 so this always gets me. Not only because there's the challenge of trying something, but also the idea that it might be the wrong direction...
So let's take a step back. If you read the above and only the "taking a step" part stands out to you (and that's your challenge), then I encourage you to just take one step! Just one! You don't have to see the whole path before you to start walking, it will unfold itself as you go, I promise 🤝 Now stop reading.
If you're like me though, you don't just see "taking a step", but also the "right direction". And maybe you'd be willing to take a risk by taking a step, but what paralizes you is that you worry it's a step in the wrong direction. To you I say, have more faith in yourself! ❤️ Trust that if you identify a step you want to take, it'll be in a good direction (remembering that there are many good directions!) and trust that if an adjustment is needed a few steps down the path, that you are way beyond capable of changing course and thriving. Trust in yourself, you've got this! Now step!
