Exciting times at My Pace this weekend 🥳 as we celebrated two 50s in two days!

Yesterday the amazing reached her 50th My Pace session (and then took over the session, making us do what was probably the hardest My Pace training ever 🤣)

And today .global (aka our Insta-queen 👑) reached the same milestone 🥳 You can see how that went on her profile if you're quick 😉

Last month, a few of you only found out about our awesome Sweat, Nourish & Chill session when it was already too late 😕 so here is your reminder to keep the morning of the 29.7. free for the most incredible duo of workout and picnic! 🎉🍉🍾

It's a bring & share kind of vibe, for those unsure 🫶🏾 So My Pace will provide most of the basics (some drinks, some food, plates and plastic cups) and we'll all count on each other to bring one or two things we especially like. And then we share 😁

Also, I'll be taking a 2 week summer break starting immediately after the SNC session 🥳 A lot of you have been encouraging me to take a break, even if it's hard when I just want to do my best for My Pace and I'm finally listening to you 🩵 Thanks for the encouragement, there's a 0% chance that I would have taken time off without you!

This Saturday 💦🍉😎 Our first Sweat, Nourish & Chill event! Come join for a great, yet fun workout followed by hanging out with the awesome people you just trained with! 🥳

This time, we're running it as a communal picnic, where everyone brings one or two things they can't picnic without! (If it goes well, we'll repeat the event and perhaps adapt it to suit)

It's finally time! 🌷 Time to move back to the Prater - and with it, a few small time changes

The three things to note:
1 - All hour long sessions are moving to the beautiful Zirkuswiese in the Prater (runs stay where they are 👍🏾)
2 - Mon-Wed sessions shift by 30min from 18:00 in the winter, to 18:30 as of April
3 - there are no more midday sessions on Sundays

Can't wait to enjoy the coming summer with all of you! ☀️🥳

Anything, no matter how small it may seem to you! You have no idea how much it has helped me (and undoubtedly countless others) to see that other people also achieve little mile stones and are uncertain of themselves, but most importantly that they celebrate themselves! I know the new year inspires a lot of us to reflect on where we are and what we'd like our lives to be like starting on 1.1. (something I do highly recommend btw if you don't reflect in your regular life ❤️) And for those of you for whom that reflecting leads to wanting to live a little more healthily, but who don’t know where to start, this message is for you! 🤗 To celebrate the start of what I fully expect to be an incredible year, I'd like to work with exactly you!

I don't know how many of you struggle with this, but I am a serious over-thinker 🤦🏾‍♂️😖 so this always gets me. Not only because there's the challenge of trying something, but also the idea that it might be the wrong direction...

So let's take a step back. If you read the above and only the "taking a step" part stands out to you (and that's your challenge), then I encourage you to just take one step! Just one! You don't have to see the whole path before you to start walking, it will unfold itself as you go, I promise 🤝 Now stop reading.

If you're like me though, you don't just see "taking a step", but also the "right direction". And maybe you'd be willing to take a risk by taking a step, but what paralizes you is that you worry it's a step in the wrong direction. To you I say, have more faith in yourself! ❤️ Trust that if you identify a step you want to take, it'll be in a good direction (remembering that there are many good directions!) and trust that if an adjustment is needed a few steps down the path, that you are way beyond capable of changing course and thriving. Trust in yourself, you've got this! Now step!

We've got runs for beginners starting January! 🏃🏼‍♀️🎉🏃🏽‍♂️🎉

Starting next week; Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays are our lunch-time-run days! 🦵🏾 The runs will always be slower 3km runs starting at Viertel Zwei (1020), through the Prater and back again - so they are perfect for beginners or anyone trying to get in a bit of volume before the VCM or similar runs!

12:00 is our start time and you'll be back and ready for the rest of your day by 12:30!
