I wanna show you how to throw and correct different combination of double punches.😉

The double punch is an awesome way to pepper your opponent with power punches.
Doubling up on the punch, however, is terribly difficult and requires immense shoulder strength. It is recommended that you first master the lead punch before attempting the double punch.

Furthermore, the double punch needs to be thrown with incredible speed and authority to maximize its effectiveness. You can also mix it up and throw both the body and head punches in a double punch sequence. The most important thing to take note of in a double punch combination is to make sure you aren’t leaving yourself open to being countered with a cross. Focus on landing your punches, but don’t neglect your defense.

I would like to show today another important drill and advice to beginners to learn it, it's called "blocking low kick" and what you should do is use this kick to start your attack with punches.
At the First, block the low kick and hit with the cross as a same time. Then continue with punches (jab, hook, left & right liver shot and left hook).

The slip and roll boxing movements are essential defensive moves. Slipping and rolling are moves used in boxing to avoid being punched.

- first of all, It starts and ends with kicks.
- You use a deceptive blow (lowkick), then hit his head body.
- and as lots of very other combos, and like lots of other combos, you use punches and kicks in differs points of body.
