When you list your priorities, put HEALTH FIRST! 🤩⚕️🔝

You most probably are familiar with those quarterly goals you get from your manager and depending on how it looks like in 3 months’ time you might get a tap on the back, sometimes a bonus.

Well, your health is not that!

Your health is like your “business as usual-tasks” you keep doing daily. Sometimes excitedly, sometimes less.

Loving them at times, but hating them altogether. The boring, on repeat day after day juggling.

But they are the actions that move the needle. 🪡💨

And if you’re not yet convinced that taking care of yourself comes before anything in this life, read this out loud:
