We’re not. We’re adapting. To our continued training, our evolving understanding of exercise science and what we observe within our community.

Staying put, just because it’s comfortable… is just not our jam.

The Movement Lab is now part of a whole concept. The foundation for healthy, resilient and strong bodies. It’s where real longevity begins.

Reformer Pilates with towers and jumpboards included, taught by teachers that understand the science of movement and the principles of the Pilates Method.

If you know me, you know I overthink everything. That may be tedious in life… but it’s a game changer for product development.

I was so worried when I signed the lease… how am I going to make a place this big and luxurious feel warm, welcoming, relaxed and friendly?

Turns out I had nothing to worry about, don’t you think?

She’s a work in progress, probably always will be. But we’re enjoying this slow organic journey and are so happy we get to share it with you. Every time you visit the new .studio , you see something new.

One step at a time. But this place feels like home now.

For 10–14 year olds, starting in May!
