✨Pilates Teachers Only ✨
We are introducing a highly selective, teachers-only Pilates class starting mid-January 2026, limited to four participants.
This advanced format is designed for
experienced teachers
works across the full Pilates system
using all apparatus.
You will be in a class with other teachers, experiencing advanced, tailor-made sessions designed to support your progress
Both in your own practice and in your teaching skills.
