SHE will always be a magical place 🌺

As one door closes, other open. She ALKEMY will soon close its doors, please join me for one last SHE Monday as we loved it on 17.8.!

She ALKEMY for me was the doorway to so much deep transformation, real connection, beautiful evolvment and magical moments. It was the first ALKEMY Space I encountered and the doorway to teaching in this amazing community. It was a gate to sound, to moon circles, to deep friendships and will always be a dear memory in my heart. ❤️

SHE is a place to arrive. A place to thrive and a place to dive deep. A place to come back to a deep level of yourself, to find a connection to women that feels real, raw and hosest. A place to honor presence and sisterhood. A space that feels save & nurturing, that holds us in every emotion, through the toughest depths and the brightest highs. A place where you are seen and where you see others. SHE is a place we created together, were we cry and laugh, sing and dance, celebrate and release. SHE is a place manifested by so many amazing Ladies, and kept alive by those who put their energy into it every day.

After all, SHE is a place in our hearts.
Let us carry it on: to our daily life, to each moment you see another woman, to each conversation and encounter. Let SHE live in you life. Carry it on ✨

June you have been a lot.

A month full of life, hard decisions, coming back to myself, nurturing, seeing the light, devotion and spreading love 🤍

Off to the possibly hottest summer of my life so far. May life be as lushes as June was 🌞

Practice is beeing present.

It’s beeing present with what shows up, when you go deeper layer by layer. It’s seeing what shows up and deciding not to react, interact or feed into the story of it.
Practice asks us to see the things coming up as what they are: thoughts, feelings, images that flow by, visitors who set our attation to a topic, a theme, an issue. In the practice we want to see them, honor them, but don’t interact, react or solve them. We sinply see them coming and set them aside for later to take care of them.

In that way you stay present, in the here & now. And you go deeper a layer and see again whats coming up, shredding layer by layer. That way you start to see beyond drama and story that we are all are creating in this human life.

And eventully there it stillness, acceptance & healing.

Yoga and practice can hae different forms. Bhakti & Sound as well as very sublte movement is what nurtures me the most right now. Also Yoga off the mat became more and more visible and important for me in the last weeks. Beeing present in every moment and honoring the sweetness of it, is my true practice.

Only one week to go, then my 20ties end and a new era starts. I am turning 30 and I have thoughts on that.

Beeing a woman and turning 30 is a thing. You are turning old they tell you. Life is about to end. You need to think about having kids. You need to have your „sh*t“ together. You need to think about marriage. They tell you so much about becoming 30 as a woman, but what it feels like is about the opposite:
I feel the freest, wildest, boldest, bravest, funniest, most confident and beautiful ever. I feel good turning 30. I feel ready getting older and letting go of a time that truely formed me. But I don’t feel like setteling down and having everything in place. Still I feel more calm an in tune with myself than ever before. The work I did in my 20ties shaped me, let me grow and become that powerful woman I am today.
Once again I see, that having so many amazing 30+ women around me helped a lot in becoming that brave, loud and wild woman I am now. Seeing that there are many realities how a woman can live her life makes it possible to find your own way so much.

But don’t get me wrong, I reflected a lot on getting 30. Now I am fully growing up I guess. Its a big shift and I never thought my life would look like that when I am 30. I thought I would have kids and a husband, I would be settled down. I thought I would have figured it all out and be totally grown up.
But in reality I can finally live of what my passion is and still call my parents when I need help 😅 I know that I still want to learn so much and I still need to figure out how to live a balanced life everyday.
But the freedom I have and the decisions I took to get here is what makes me happy. I build a life that feels right most of the time. And thats very beautiful.

I am happy to step into this new part of my life. I am excited to see how wild, free and fun it can get. I am excited to give less f*cks and to live my life even more aligned.

Welcome to my new era. Thank you for beeing part of this life journey ❤️‍🔥🔱🫶

Vielleicht blutest oder ovulierst du genau zum Voll- oder Neumond – das ist kein Zufall! Unser weiblicher Zyklus fließt mit dem Mond, und genau das darfst du auch tun.

Der Neumond markiert den stillen Moment zwischen dem Ende und dem Neubeginn. Es ist die Zeit, in der die Schleier dünn sind und unsere Intuition am lautesten spricht. 🕯

⭕️Gemeinsam kommen wir monatlich in einem Kreis von Frauen zusammen und schaffen einen magischen Raum: ein New Moon Circle, der dich erdet und energetisch klärt. 2025 was all about singing, playing the harmonium and surrendering

Bhakti carried me through this year, in the darkest days and in the happiest. When I sing emotions flow, I am present and everything gets into new perspective.

Thank you for everyone who has come to my life this year, who played a role, who elevated me, who pushed me and who opened my eyes. This was one of the craziest, hardest and wildest years yet. Still I praterstern so much and elevated myspef on so many levels.

May 2026 be a little more calm, stready and peaceful.
